BOLIVIA, LA PAZ (Indo-Asian News Service) — Dynamite blasting on the Altiplano glacier by Bolivian mining cooperative Flor de Nevado are causing water supply problems for people in the area, according to indigenous leader Aniceto Gutierrez.
