Algeria, MONTREAL (The Globe and Mail (Canada)) — Twelve Algerian employees of Quebec-based SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. were killed and 15 others injured when their bus was hit in a car bomb explosion in Bouira, 90 kilometers from Algiers.
