Zimbabwe has failed to meet yet another deadline for completing the Mtshabezi water pipeline project, which will bring water from Mtshabezi Dam to Zimbabwe’s second largest city, Bulawayo, Water Resources, Development and Management Minister Sam Sipepa Nkomo announced last week.
