Kyrgyz President: New Hydroplants Help Downstream Countries

BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan — Construction of the Kambarata-1 and Kambarata-2 hydroelectric plants on the Naryn River in Kyrgyzstan is for the good of downstream countries, Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev said.
