IFAD Loans $100 Million USD to Improve Irrigation Systems in Egypt

CAIRO, Egypt — The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has approved a $100 million USD loan to Egypt to improve irrigation systems, said Egyptian Minister of Agriculture Amin Abaza.
