DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania (The Citizen (Tanzania)) — A population boom in Dar es Salaam, Kibaha and Bagamoyo is being blamed for water shortages in the area served by the Dar es Salaam Water and Sewerage Authority (Dawasco).
