KUALA LUMPUR, SYRIA (Bernama (Malaysia)) — The Syrian International Business Center (SIBC) Group is seeking Malaysian companies to jointly develop the $5.6 billion USD Kenderli Beach Development at the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan.
