DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania

The former presidents of Botswana and South Africa -- Festus Mogae and Thabo Mbeki, respectively-- have joined the mediation group working to resolve the border dispute between Malawi and Tanzania over Lake Malawi, also know as Lake Nyasa.
