Opposition State Deputy Nasib Nasibli is calling on the government of Azerbaijan to intervene to help ethnic Azerbaijanis living in Georgia. "Garachop, an enclave of seven villages with 25,00030,000 Azerbaijanis, has no gas even though there is a pipeline nearby," Nasibli said.

"They are experiencing serious water supply problems.
