CAIRO, Egypt

The Egyptian government has allocated $13 million USD for sanitation projects in Marsa Matrouh governorate in northwestern Egypt.

According to governorate officials, $6.5 million USD was allocated for implementation of the second phase of the Marsa Matrouh sewage treatment station.
