Egypt Allocates $27 Million USD for Water Projects in Southern Sudan

CAIRO, Egypt

The Egyptian Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources said it allocated $27 million USD for water projects in the newly created Southern Sudan state.

According to ministry officials, studies are being conducted to build a dam in the city of Waw in southern Sudan.
