CAIRO, Egypt

The Egyptian government last week allocated $3.5 million USD to complete stalled sanitation projects in the governorate of Marsa Matrouh.

At the top of the list is the sewage treatment station in the governorate’s capital. Work on the station stopped in 2009 after the first phase due to lack of funds.
