Salta Begins Construction of $10.3 Million USD Sanitation Works

Construction has started on a $10.3 million USD wastewater treatment plant and sewerage system for the Argentinean city of Salta.

Salta provincial governor Juan Manuel Urtubey gave the order to start works on April 30, according to El Patagonico newspaper.

The project is expected to benefit 100,000 people in eight neighborhoods of the city's northern region.
