RIYADH, Saudi Arabia
— Veolia Environment seems to have hit upon the formula for successful water projects in the Middle East and North Africa through recent structural improvements to public-private partnerships (PPP).
The French water giant already is one of the largest utility investors in Europe and lately has been awarded several major water sector PPP projects in the MENA region.
