DOHA, Qatar

— Doha will host the second Annual World Islamic Infrastructure Finance Conference next month.

The conference comes as project finance transactions in the Middle East are expected to reach more than $1 trillion USD in the next decade, with Qatar alone consuming $130 billion USD for large-scale power and water, liquefied natural gas, oil and petrochemicals projects.
