- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is lending China $100 million USD for a project to tackle environmental problems in Jilin province.
The nearly $353 million USD Jilin Urban Environmental Improvement Project aims to reduce water pollution, protect water resources, address shortage and meet the demand for high-quality treated water.
