Taiwan's Water Supply Sufficient to Meet Demand

Taiwan's water supplies are sufficient to meet the needs of every area except southern Kaohsiung until June 30, according to Director of the Water Resources Agency under the Ministry of Economic Affairs Yang Wei-fuu. Yang said stable water supply is ensured until August 31 if rainfall in the next three months reaches 40 percent of the past average.
