ZIMBABWE, MARONDERA

— Marondera municipality is accused of violating the country's Environmental Management Act by failing to deal with a sewage leak in the main pipeline.

Sewage has been leaking into Nyameni stream, which feeds in the Ruzawi River, at a rate of 4,000 liters per hour, according to the Environmental Management Agency.
