Korea: Deep-Sea Bottled Water Enters Korean Market

SEOUL, South Korea

— The first brand of bottled deep sea water has entered the Korean market.

Ulleung Mine-water is made from seawater pumped from 650 meters below the surface of the East Sea off Ulleung Island.

Other manufacturers are planning to launch similar products soon, including Lotte Chilsung Beverage Co. and deep sea water extractor Watervis.
