NEW DELHI, India

Controversial cables released by non-profit media organization WikiLeaks last month include warnings from intelligence personnel on the effects of climate change on water levels in Asia’s Himalayan region.

The first cable dealt with the meeting between officials of Australia’s top intelligence agency, the Office of National Assessments (ONA), and US embassy officials at New Delhi.
