Millions of Japanese Without Water, Food, Heat After Massive Earthquake

TOKYO, Japan

Millions of people who survived the massive 9.0 magnitude earthquake and subsequent tsunami in Japan on March 11 have been left without access to potable water, food or heat in near freezing temperatures for four days.

The estimated number of people deceased and unaccounted for is 10,000, with the official death toll so far reaching almost 3,000.
