Cholera Activity Declining in Haiti, Dominican Republic

After the surge in cases over the past few months, overall cholera activity is dropping off in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, the Pan American Health Organization said. However, the number of cases are still increasing in some areas, specifically the north and northwest departments in Haiti and the Distrito Nacional in the Dominican Republic.
