Andes Gold Corp. Launches Wastewater Program in Ecuador

U.S.-listed Andes Gold Corp announced that it has finished the first phase of its plan to reduce the environmental impact of its mining operations in Ecuador. The company has installed a water treatment system to cleanse all of the wastewater produced in its gold mining activities, according to a statement issued April 19.
