A group of thousands of Ecuadorian of villagers who say they have suffered adverse health conditions as a result of water and air pollution from improper oil and chemical waste disposal, last week filed their second international claim against Chevron in an attempt to get the company to pay an $18 billion USD judgment handed down by Ecuadorian courts.
