Mexico, TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ

Mexico’s National Water Commission (Conagua) has agreed to grant water use licenses for three “micro-hydroelectric” projects in the Grijalva-Usumacinta Basin in Chiapas state. The basin contains a third of the country’s water.
