Over 5,000 Angolans Benefit from New Supply Scheme

Over 5.000 people residing in Caiende Commune, south-west Namibe province, benefited from drinking water supply system over the last weekend, Angop has learnt. The project was handed over by the local provincial governor, Rui Falcão, when paying a two-day visit to Virei municipality. The system that produces 40 cubic metres of water per hour was built under the Public Investments Programme. During his field visit, the official also inaugurated the integrated system of the public and house lighting in the commune.
