Floods in Russia's Far East Cause Over $32 Million in Damage

MOSCOW, Russia

Russia’s Far East has been pummeled with heavy rains for about three weeks now, causing flooding and damage that so far totals more than $32 million USD, according to the country’s Emergencies Ministry.
