Representatives of several regional governments in Northwestern Russia are offering advice and practical assistance to Finland after a catastrophic release of sewage there led to pollution and the mass deaths of fish in a major river.Thousands of cubic meters of untreated waste water leaked into the Muonionjoki River, which flows through the west of Finland and forms part of the country's border with Sweden.
