GUATEMALA CITY, Guatemala

Dinah Shelton, the rapporteur for the Rights of Indigenous Peoples of the Inter-American Commission on Human Right (IACHR), found a high degree of conflict involving mega projects in indigenous territory during her recent tour of Guatemala.
