TOKYO, Japan

Japan’s Nuclear Regulation Authority this week called on Tokyo Electric Power Co (Tepco), owner and operator of the crippled Fukushima-Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, to take “drastic steps” to address the series of mistakes that have hindered clean-up efforts at the plant.
