China Urged to Cooperate With Neighbors Over Dam Building

Given its extensive freshwater pollution problems, China would do well to cooperate with neighboring countries on dam construction, according to Mark Brindal, former Minister for Water Resources for the South Australian government, told a forum on Asia-Pacific water security issues, held this week in Beijing.
