Hangzhou, China to Build $1.7 Billion Reservoir

HANGZHOU, China

The city of Hangzhou in China's Zhejiang Province plans to begin constructing a $1.7 billion USD reservoir off Qiandao Lake this year, according to Zhou Dingyan, head of the city’s Forest and Water Bureau.
