TOKYO, Japan

Storing the growing quantities of contaminated water at the devastated Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant has become such a problem that International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Chief Yukiya Amano this week recommended releasing some of it into the Pacific Ocean.
