Serbia to Clean Up Flood Damage to Crops

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Internal Trade and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic stated today that the state will, in accordance with its abilities, clean up the consequences of floods on the crops and farms in several municipalities and towns in Serbia. Ljajic, who visited the flooded areas in the territory of Kraljevo together with Minister of Justice and Public Administration Nikola Selakovic, pointed out that the state must set up a sustainable system of flood protection so as not to have to continuously deal with the clean-up. He underlined that it is necessary to create good communication between local self-governments and the Serbian government...
