Azerbaijan's Water Operator Completes German-Funded Project

Azersu, national water operator of Azerbaijan, has announced the completion of the first phase of reconstruction of water and sewer network in the city of Ganja, conducted within the Second Open Program of Municipal Infrastructure funded by German development bank KfW. The operator reports that the first stage included restoration of the renewable water supply and main water lines. Sources of water supply will be drainage systems of Gёygёl and Gyzylgay and Shamkir storage reservoir.
