The Philippine government-controlled Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) announced last week that it was seeking bidders for the nearly $418 million USD New Centennial Water Source-Kaliwa Dam Project. The project will be carried out on a public-private partnership basis, making it the government’s second-ever water-related PPP.
