BANGKOK, Thailand

South Korean Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Seo Seung-hwan traveled to Thailand this weekend to discuss possible infrastructure projects in the country, particularly those related to the multi-billion dollar flood management program that Thailand’s military government suspended last May.
