BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyzstan’s water reserves are now at 2.5 billion cubic meters, putting the country at risk of drinking water and irrigation deficits, Tashtanbay Sartov, deputy rector of education at the Kyrgyz State Technical University, told a water conference in Bishkek last week.
