KHARTOUM, Sudan

Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan have reached a compromise agreement that paves the way for two international consultancies to move forward with studies on the impacts of Ethiopia’s Grand Renaissance Dam, Egyptian Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi said on July 24th.
