TASHKENT, Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs this week reiterated the country’s opposition to the $3 billion USD, 3,600-megawatt Rogun Dam project on the Vakhsh River, a tributary of Amu Darya, in neighboring Tajikistan.
