KfW Lends Peru $24 Million for Water, Sewage Infrastructure

Germany’s Kreditanstalt fur Wiederaufbau-KfW and Peru’s Economy and Finance Ministry-MEF signed two loan contracts worth US$68.3 million in total, whose resources will be allocated to infrastructure projects supporting people in northern Lima. The first loan of US$24 million will provide partial financing of a Sedapal project to improve drinking water and sewage systems, sector distribution, networks, and land registry.
