70,000 People in Eastern Cuba Receive Potable Water Via Tankers

Some 70,000 residents in Cuba’s Santiago de Cuba province, which has been hit hard by severe drought, are now currently receiving potable water via tanker trucks, according to National Water Resources Institute (INRH) officials.
