HAVANA, Cuba

The ongoing El Niño-induced drought in Latin America and the Caribbean has left 120,000 people in the Cuban capital, Havana, dependent on tanker trucks for their water supply, according to Javier Toledo Tapanes, a representative of the Cuba’s National Water Resources Institute (INRH).
