Windhoek Turns to Boreholes to Avert Water Crisis

WINDHOEK, Namibia

Authorities in the Namibian capital, Windhoek, have identified 48 boreholes that can be used as a short-term solution if supply dams in the region run dry, city spokesperson Joshua Amukugo said this week.
