The Nicaraguan government has been accused of failing to release promised analyses of the Grand Inter-Oceanic Canal project, including Costa Rica’s request to share disaster plans.Costa Rica has on many occasions requested environmental impact data about the project, which is being built by Hong Kong Nicaragua Development (HKND).
