Peru’s new Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, Edmer Trujillo, this week reassured residents in the country’s Puno region that the administration of President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski will move forward with plans to build a comprehensive sewage treatment facility there to reduce pollution in Lake Titicaca.
