The Southern African Development Community (SADC) Council of Ministers and Heads of State and Government summit, to be held in Mbabane, Swaziland later this month, will look at potential measures to boost energy and water resources in the region.The measures are contained in an outcome statement released after a workshop on Water and Energy Infrastructure attended by SADC ministers in Gaborone, Botswana in June, the SADC Secretariat told OOSKAnews.Among the issues to be presented for adoption by the 15-member bloc are sharing of river basins and construction and maintenance of hydropower projects...
