Vietnam Water and Environment Investment Corporation JSC (VIWASEEN) has been "debarred" by the World Bank (WB) for fraud with respect to the World Bank-financed Mekong Delta Water Resource Management for Rural Development Project and Urban Water Supply and Wastewater Project in Vietnam. VIWASEEN is a Vietnamese, state-owned, water and sewerage company.
