Troubled Singapore environmental solutions company Hyflux and three of its subsidiaries have filed a request with the country's High Court for a 3 month extension of its debt moratorium to June 30. The extension is intended to give Hyflux time to develop another reorganization plan following the collapse earlier this month of a rescue deal with Indonesian investor SM Investments.
