England, Wales Water Sector Regulator Demands Environmental Improvements, New Capital Investment, Reduction In Customer Prices

LONDON

The Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) of England and Wales has announced a sweeping price review for 14 of the 17 water companies it regulates. The plan demands improvement in the environment and services for customers and calls for major new capital investment of approximately $15 Billion USD over the next five years as well as a reduction in customer bills.
